I’m a systems engineer and technical leader focused on the operating model behind serious AI execution.

My work sits where executive decisions meet production constraints: distributed infrastructure, performance-critical systems, security, AI governance, reliability, cost, and the organizational interfaces that decide whether ambitious roadmaps survive contact with reality.

What I Work On

AI operating model. How companies structure leadership, platform ownership, and execution loops so AI survives contact with production.

Technical leadership. How CEOs, CTOs, and senior operators reduce decision latency without creating organizational chaos.

Infrastructure discipline. Data systems, runtime choices, privacy boundaries, and reliability constraints that keep AI programs grounded in reality.
